We appointed PSH in 2018 as MEP consultants on Block 04 at our Greenford Quay development. Acting in a monitoring capacity on the modular build of 251 Build-to-Rent residential units, including amenity space and 3^rd party commercial spaces. We were impressed with how their dedicated team mobilised quickly and integrated themselves into an existing project with a fast paced programme. This is our first experience of working with PSH, they have subsequently been engaged across the rest of the Greenford Quay development and other developments within our portfolio. We very much look forward to continuing working with them in the future.
