PSH were engaged by Joint Holdings Ltd for the M&E services to redevelop a dated 1960’s office building in Fitzrovia into a high quality office space.

The building is a 6-storey, 40,000 sq ft office, which was refurbished to a shell and core office. PSH designed all the tenant’s fresh air ventilation and central hot and cold water services for future extension. The managed office company Fora have taken the whole building to fit out for modern office space with exposed services.

The development was completed in Autumn 2019.
