The Greenford Quay development is a vibrant mixed-use development on the banks of the historic Grand Union canal on the former GlaxoSmithKline and Sunblest Bakery sites. The development totals 20.3 acres, which includes 2,118 BTR residential units occupying seven buildings ranging from 8-14 storeys in height. PSH are responsible for providing an MEP design brief and monitoring services across all buildings and the public realm as well as overseeing and co-ordinating the utilities infrastructure which is obviously key to the success of a development of this scale.
