PSH was appointed by glh Hotels to provide MEP services for the refurbishment of the Tea Rooms and Grosvenor Arms.

The MEP design had to be sympathetic to the existing decor and ceiling which is Grade II listed in certain areas.

The works formed part of the ongoing hotel refurbishment which was completed in 2018 and included public spaces, meeting rooms and bedrooms.

The Grosvenor Arms and Tea Rooms were opened to the public to the public in October, on programme as planned.
