PSH has been involved in compiling the planning application for 115-119 Camden High Street, a hub by Premier Inn hotel.

The scheme is seeking to enhance the local economy and the ever-growing character of Camden High Street Conservation Area. The new build development will include 80 hotel rooms, bar and restaurant facilities, with functional back of house areas. The scheme meant close collaboration with Camden Borough Council and resulted in the development of a small retail area and three high quality social rented homes.

PSH was appointed as MEP consulting engineers and we since developed the Energy Strategy, Sustainability Statement and BREEAM Pre-assessment for the scheme. PSH has now been appointed to design the MEP RIBA Stage 4a design package as well as being appointed to conduct full BREEAM assessor services.
