NOBU Hotel, London

Located in the heart of London’s Marylebone, NOBU’s second London Hotel will open in Portman Square, following a full refurbishment of an existing building from shell and core.

The property will feature 249 guest rooms and suites, together with a NOBU speciality restaurant, ballroom and meeting spaces.

PSH has been engaged by L+R Hotels to undertake full design of the MEP services (including lifts) which are undergoing wholesale replacement. In addition to the replacement of the existing MEP systems, a new water mist sprinkler protection system is being installed throughout all areas. The significant increase in power requirements has led to the need for additional power supplies to the property which PSH has managed throughout.
