Premier Inn, Wembley

PSH was appointed as the MEP consulting engineers for the new build, 13-storey, 312 bedroom, Premier Inn hotel located at the western edge of the 87-acre Wembley Park regeneration site.

Whilst working on behalf of the developer, compliance with the Whitbread brand specifications was of utmost importance.

The hotel features high efficiency VRF air conditioning throughout, mini-CHP (supplemented with gas fired water heaters) for domestic hot water production, smoke extract system and standby generator for life safety systems.

The building achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status and an ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency.
