PSH has been appointed to provide MEP and IT services across a number of Waitrose Stores in the UK.

We were closely involved with Waitrose Property in the development of their bespoke chiller system which employs a carbon-friendly refrigerant to help reduce the Group’s overall carbon footprint

We have worked with Waitrose on the design and construction of a number of stores, including Ashford, Winchester, Poynton, York, Oadby, Raynes Park Wells, Wimborne and Walton le Dale.

Waitrose’s Raynes Park store uses an innovative cold aisle retrieval air system to supply air conditioning to the store & back of house areas from the chilled food cabinets within the store, thus saving any requirement for extra chillers.

We worked closely with the architects and space planners on each site to ensure the most cost-effective solutions, whilst ensuring the maintainability of the mechanical plant, even when space was extremely limited.
